The unit has been recently remodeled (June 2008) with new carpeting, matresses in the master and
spare bedroom, window coverings and paint. The unit has a direct gulf view, is across from the
Candy Kitchen on Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach.

Relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets right from your direct
beachfront balcony. During the daytime, enjoy your view or world
famous Madeira Beach, with its sugary with sands. Look out past the
beach and catch a glimpse of dolphin swimming as they chase a
passing boat. This is Florida living at it’s best.

Inside, enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that also has a
den.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, 27” color/
cable TV with VCR and a master bath that includes a roman tub and
double sinks in the vanity. The master bedroom has a full size
sliding glass door where you can either admire the great view of the
gulf from your bed or have easy access to the balcony to listen to
the relaxing sounds of waves gently crashing into land.

The guest bedroom is complete with two twin beds and plenty of
drawer and closet space. The den has another twin bed and a desk
and chair to comfortably write out those postcards that make your
friends jealous.

The family room has another 27” color/cable TV, DVD and a stereo
system with cassette and CD capabilities. When not watching TV,
enjoy more gorgeous views of the beach and gulf from the wall to
wall window and sliding glass door with balcony access. There is a
comfortable dining area and a kitchen fully equipped and there is a
washer and dryer in the unit.

Imagine a week where your most difficult decisions are whether to
become a beach bum for a day, relax in the condo’s beachfront heated
pool, shop at John’s Pass Village (approximately 1 mile), take a casino cruise or maybe
even parasail. You can also take advantage of the fact that you are
less than an hour from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo or the Florida
Aquarium.

Quit reading; start dreaming . . . right after you reserve your
space in tropical paradise.

The condo has a beachfront, heated pool with plenty of lounge
chairs, beachfront tiki huts which are great for picnics, secured
entrance and a reserved undercover parking space. You can access
unit from either the stairs or the elevator.

The unit is centrally air conditioned, has 2 27” TVs (Both with
cable and DVD), a stereo system with cassette and CD capabilities,
and a SEGA game system to entertain the young and young at heart.
Additionally, the kitchen has servings for 8 with all necessary
kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, a refrigerator with
automatic ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and
blender. There is also a clothes washer and dryer in the unit.

Lounge on the beach, swim in the pool, charter a fishing boat out of
John’s Pass, go gaming on a casino cruise, shop in John’s Pass
Village, eat at hundreds of great restaurants, play miniature golf
or eat an ice cream sundae from across the street,
Then if you want to get in your car, go golfing, play tennis, visit
Busch Gardens. The opportunities are endless.
