This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Browns Valley on the
west side of Napa. The entire home has been recently updated and features a clean modern décor. You
will experience complete privacy in the lush backyard and the home is perfect for entertaining with
its large kitchen and open floor plan. All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen size beds with
high quality linens. The home has indoor and outdoor dining areas, living room with a 50” TV and a
wood burning fireplace. The private backyard is quiet and perfect for enjoying morning coffee while
watching hot air balloons fly over. After a day of wine tasting enjoy an afternoon BBQ in the
backyard and vino on the patio.
Do you love the outdoors? The home is close to two scenic nature parks with hiking trails. Cyclists
from California and beyond come to the Mount Veeder area for the ultimate biking experience.
The property is close to the newly opened Oxbow Public Market.  Downtown Napa
features restaurants of all scales and we have many recommendations. Many wineries have brought
tasting bars and the wine experience back into downtown Napa. All of these local features are
located within a 5 minute drive.
