Fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, towels,linens, CD/DVD player,  (with a large collection of DVDs to watch), TV (satellite to come) water filtration system, individually controlled air conditioning/heating in each room, ceiling fans in each room.

• San Felipe is safe to come to, we have never had any problems or felt unsafe in San Felipe. For your added protection we have 24/7 security at Playa del Oro.

• Rent or bring your own ATV or dune buggy, you'll have miles of beaches and trails right from our private beach in the development!

Special: $150 per night, 7th night free (not valid special events (e.g. races) or holiday weeks)!

Rates are $175 per night (unless special rate active), two night
minimum. Weekly rate: $900 - $1,050.00,
which includes the 7th night free.

Cancellation fee:
There will be no cancellation fee if you re-book your reservation
within three months, otherwise the following shall apply: (minus Pay
Pal fee)
30 days prior to arrival: full refund
15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
14 days or less prior to arrival: no refund unless we obtain a rental
during that time
Cancellation fees may vary at holidays or for peak rental periods. We
will notify you of any changes at the time of booking. If you have
canceled your reservation and incur a cancellation fee we will refund
your deposit if we are able to obtain a rental during that time.
