Serendipity Cottage in Hornby Island

This charming cottage is set in the back of a half acre property
surrounded by Fir, Cedar, and Arbutus trees. Southern exposure
affords sunshine most of the day with a canopy of trees giving
respite from hot afternoon sun. The main cottage has two levels.
The first level consists of a well equipped kitchen, bright dining
room, spacious living room, and three piece bathroom. The second
level consists of two large bedrooms and a princess balcony.
Bedroom one has a queen size bed, while bedroom two has a twin and a
double bed. The suite is separated from the main cottage by a
fairytale deck, very westcoast in style. The suite offers a queen
size bed and three piece bathroom. The suite features lovely french
doors overlooking the garden with privacy and quiet from the main
cottage.

Kitchen: electric stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker,
coffee grinder, food processor, microwave, cooking and baking
utensils.
Living Room: Woodstove, television, DVD player, stereo.
Linens ect: Mattress covers, pillow covers, quality bedding linens,
hypoallergenic duvet's with covers, hypoallergenic pillows, bath
towels, hand towels, face cloths, kitchen towels/cloths.
Outdoor: BBQ, Hot tub (for 6), Patio table and chairs (for 6), large
wood patio with many sitting areas.
Please note:
- Non-smoking cottage, be aware of extreme fire hazards in the
summer.
- No pets
- Water considerations: summer water shortage on island so please
conserve.
- Please supply own beach and hot tub towels.
- Renters are responsible for own garbage disposal and recycling.

Five minute stroll to Sandpiper Beach, warmest beach on Hornby
Island.
Approximately 2.5 Km to the Co-op, Ringside Market, and Tribune Bay
Beach.
Enjoy local wineries, farmers market, local artisans, Helliwell
National Park, hiking/biking trails, kayaking/canoeing, tropical-
like beaches, wildlife and much more.

Summer 2010 Rates:
June 26, 2010 to September 4, 2010

$1500 Canadian per week $750.00 at time booking and a postdated cheque dated June 1st. for the remainder of $750.00

Fall 2009/ Spring 2010 Rates:

 $125.00/couple, $10.00 added for each extra person (excluding children  under 5 yrs.
Sept, 2009 - June 2010.
Payment Information: 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable).
postdated cheque for the balance dated 2 weeks before arrival date. A cheque of $50.00 damage and cleaning fee, destroyed when you leave.
