Vacation Rental Description

Brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with den overlooking beautiful  
Terra Ceia Bay, the pool and jacuzzi. Located on the 4th floor, the  
unit has been decorator furnished with a leather sectional, a high  
definition 42" Sony television, designer bedroom furniture and  
gorgeous window treatments. There is a king size pillowtop bed in  
the MBR and a queen size pillowtop bed in the second bedroom. The  
master bath features a Roman shower featuring two shower heads. The  
den offer a computer with a TV monitor and a sofa/sleeper. Several  
walls have been accent painted in warm earth tones. Washer and dryer  
are located just off of the kitchen area. Plenty of closet space.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bay Pointe is the newest condominium building completed in 2006  
within the Terra Ceia Country Club gated community. There is  
protected parking below the building. The building is handicap  
accessible with both entrance doors featuring automatic openers and  
ramps leading into the building.  Located just north of Bradenton  
off of Highway 19, Terra Ceia is a short 45 minutes ride from Tampa  
International Airport and 20 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton  
Airport. Their is an executive 18 hole golf course on the property,  
a health club, restaurant and a nature trail pier that roams through  
the mangroves along the Bay - sunsets are fabulous!!!

Activities and Attractions

Located between Sarasota (cultural center of Florida) and Tampa,  
this vacation home offers the peace and quiet you deserve while  
allowing you to engage in fine dining, sporting events, museum and  
attractions within a short ride. Siesta Key and Fort DeSoto beaches,  
top ten in the country, are within a 30 minute drive; Busch Gardens  
45 minutes, Disney World 1.5 hours, downtown Sarasota 25 minutes,  
downtown St. Petersburg 30 minutes, spring baseball in Sarasota and  
Tampa, profesional hockey, baseball and football in Tampa, a fishing  
pier outside your door, and golf courses throughout the area. You  
can be as busy, or as rested, as you desire at this location.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season - January through April $2,500-$3,500 per month 
Low Season - May through October $1,700 - $2,500 per month 
Mid Season - November and December $1,900-$2,500 per month 
 
Minimum rental period 30 days by Association bylaws - discounts  
apply for 60 day or longer rental periods. Formal application is  
required and a $500 deposit to hold your unit. Rates include all  
local utilities. A $100 cleaning fee upon departure is in additonal  
to the rental fee and a $250 security deposit will be returned upon  
departure.
