This is a gorgeous Craftsman House/office that has been totally refurbished, yet has kept all of it's 1920's charm.
This fully furnished house is just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. 20 minute walk to the beach, Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping, The Rose Café (Main & Rose), or to the Venice canals. 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln.
We have 2-adult bicycles & 2-childrens bikes with a bike rental store a ½ block away. Beach towels, boogie boards provided for beach . The yard with gardens and a pond with Grecian Goddess fountain housing turtles and gold fish offer a lovely place to relax and wind down. There is a wooden deck with pergola to sit or lie out on with Barbeque and patio table to enjoy the outdoors. We have Wi-Fi, Ipod dock/Stereo and cable with 2-televisions.
There is a computer set up with high-speed internet, for those on working holidays.
The house features a beautiful antique postoffice desk, as well as a HUGE L-shaped couch, 2 TVs - both with DVD players, and a CD/I-pod player
There is a very large floor level out door deck, with BBQ - perfect for in-door out-door living.
The bathroom has been completely re-tiled with 20's hexagonal floor tiles, and deco styled black and cream walls. It features an original Clawfoot tub - as well as a shower.
There is a full kitchen with a double fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and modern gas oven.
This is the ideal place for a working holiday or just place to relax and enjoy the many sites.
