Mountain Air Cottage-Min Walk to Main St. & Olympic Arena in Lake Placid

Brand new constructed two story luxury Mountain Air Cottage sits in
the heart of the Adirondack Mountains in the beautiful village of Lake
Placid. On arrival there is a private stone wall driveway leading to
an oversized garage for your vehicle, bikes, skis, gear etc...lots of
space.
Located on the first floor is the master bedroom with a luxurious king
size bed and cable television. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a
full bath-tile flooring, with tub and a large walk in closet for your
belongings. The laundry room is located on the first floor and is
equipped with front load washer & dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs on the second floor are two more comfortable bedrooms, living
and dining area- one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two
twin size beds. Each bedroom has a full bath, tile flooring, with a
shower unit and a large closet for your possessions.
Unwind and relax after an eventful long day in the cozy newly
furnished living room finished in hardwood floors, virgin wool rug,
leather sofa & love seat with a 32" television over the gas fireplace.
The kitchen is an open area of space to the living area, has all new
cabinets & appilances, and has a barstool table that accomodates up to
eight people. Very comfortable.
Outside, gather on Adirondack style furniture in an inviting private
yard surrounded by stone walls and cedar trees. This cottage is the
perfect destination for any couple, family, or group of friends
whether on a honeymoon, romantic getaway, winter ski trip, visiting
for summer events & activities such as Ironman or Lake Placid Horse Shows,
enjoying the fall foliage, or just sightseeing the beautiful mountains
and surrounding attractions. It is the perfect place for anyone to
escape to create fond memories!

Mirror Lake, beach, parks, tennis, toboggan chute, movie theatre,
arcade, bowling, the Adirondack Railroad, public transportation
trolley system which drives by a grocery store, drug store and post
office.

All Olympic Venues- ski jumps, luge/bobsled rides, Whiteface Mt. for
skiing, snowboarding and summer gondola rides, cross country skiing,
ice skating, sledding, snowmobile riding, tubing, dog sled rides,
hiking, nature walks, biking, rock climbing, camping, swimming, fitnes
center, Lake Placid Lake, boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, arts &
theatres, golf, miniature golf, and the list goes on! There is
something for everyone here!

Off season- $1000 per week / $200 per night / Minimum of 2 night stay
Season- $3150 per week / $450 per night / Minimum of 2 night stay
Booking is not confirmed until signed contract and 50% deposit are
received.
Balance is due one week prior to rental.
Security deposit required. (refundable upon departure)
Extra $100 cleaning fee
