each, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, tiki pool side bars, a 4,300
sq. foot Fitness Center with a Health Bar, Steam Room, Sauna, a Sky
View Lounge, On-site Movie Center, Game Room, Covered Walkways from
Parking Deck to Lodging. The building is beautiful and located
about 1/3 mile to Pier Park and Dan Russell City Pier.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Low 5th floor unit, 1 bedroom with an additional bunk room, 2 full
bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably. (The bunk room is a smaller seperate
bedroom with a pair of bunk beds inside.)

Counter Tops and GE Appliances, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator,

door overlooking balcony, a 19 foot long balcony with furniture

Nov - Feb - $ 650.00 per week including taxes & cleaning fee
Special Winter Rates available when stay is one month or longer.
Reservation deposit of $200.00 required and must be received within
7 days of initial reservation.
