or a stress-free haven, "The Montreal House" is where it can all come

This house is rated 4 stars**** (out of a possible 4 stars) by the 
Ministry of Tourism of Quebec and is an accredited and licensed 
rental home. 

Situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance McGill, 
Concordia and Universite de Montreal, this beautifully 
restored "Grande Dame" Victorian Home has been lovingly renovated 
while also being completely updated for the discerning traveller's 
every need. 

The home has three bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and two with 
Queen-size beds, and each has luxurious bedding. Two of the rooms 
have private balconies and there are two bathrooms on the top floor, 
one with a jacuzzi bath, a glass shower with body jets and heated 
marble floors. The second bathroom adjoins two of the bedrooms but 
can be used exclusively by those staying in the master suite. 

The ground floor, in addition to a formal dining and living room, 
boasts a true Chef's kitchen with professional appliances from Wolf, 
Miele and Bosch. Garden doors lead out to a completely secluded patio 
for those who value privacy.

$350 CDN per night, plus applicable taxes (minimum 5 night stay)May-August 31st
High Season: Minimum Stay: 5 days
Low Season: Minimum Stay: 4 months $3900.00 per month September-April 30th, 2009

Security Deposit: $250 - $1,000 ($3900.00 for long term stay)
Housekeeping: $125 per week
