Vacation Rental Description

This 2100+ square ft oceanfront custom home was built in 1995. It is 
located in the desired Nelscott, Lincoln City area. The Black Pearl 
has an elegant & charming feel with its antiques and furnishings, 
specifically catering to adults; however, we warmly welcome families 
with children as long as the children are supervised at all times and 
not left at/in the home unattended. 

The home is nestled up upon the bluff with breathtaking views. You 
will feel a sense of relaxation & serenity as you enter the luxury 
home to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. There 
is plenty to do in Lincoln City and surrounding area…Factory Outlet 
Stores just blocks away, antique shops abound. Visit numerous 
galleries, dine at some of the finest restaurants, and enjoy world-
class entertainment at Chinook Winds & Spirit Mountain.

The Black Pearl offers something for everyone-just name your 
pleasure! If it is relaxation you want, just slide yourself into the 
outdoor spa, listen to ocean, gaze at the stars and unwind. If fun & 
games are your thing, then pop out a board game , shuffle a deck of 
cards or use a number of fun beach items available. If you are an 
entertainment enthusiast, flip through the 70+ channels offered or 
the 80+ movie selections provided. If it is romance you desire, enjoy 
a stroll on the beach, hold hands, enjoy dinner in the dining room 
with a spectacular view and then indulge in the two person Jacuzzi in 
the master suite. Maybe it is just peace and quiet you seek- then 
curl up with a plush throw read a book from the bookcase or meditate 
in the sunshine through the extra large windows in the captain’s 
quarters.

Stay April-May or October-December any night Sun-Thurs for the reduced rate of $195.00 per night OR 
Stay any night in June or September for the low weekday rate of $295.00 
per night!! Does not apply to any bookings made prior to March 25, 2008

**Memorial Day, Fourth of july, Thanksgiving, & Christmas all require 
5 night minimum stays...all other Holidays require 3 night minimum.
Spring Break is March 15-April 15.
Memorial Day is the Friday before Memorial day to the Saturday after.
Fourth of July varies depending on what day the holiday falls on.
Labor Day is the Friday before Labor Day to the Saturday after.
Thanksgiving holiday goes from 2nd Friday of November to 3rd Sunday 
of November.
Christmas is December 18-January 1st.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
*Must be 25 or older to Rent. Cancelation Policy: If a reservation is 
cancelled more than 10 days prior to check-in date all monies minus a 
10% 
transaction fee will be refunded (10% of Total Balance Due).  If less 
than 10 days prior to check-in date the $250.00 security deposit, 
plus a 10% transaction fee (10% of Total Balance Due) will be 
automatically deducted from refund; the additional monies will be 
refunded to tenant within 30 days of original check-out date listed
