Labor Day is the Friday before Labor Day to the Saturday after.
Thanksgiving holiday goes from 2nd Friday of November to 3rd Sunday
of November.
Christmas is December 18-January 1st.

cancelled anytime after it's been made and is more than 30 days prior to check-in date all monies minus a

plus a 10% transaction fee (10% of Total Balance Due) will be
automatically deducted from refund; the additional monies will be
refunded to tenant within 30 days of original check-out date listed
