Destin Beach House!  Bigger than it looks and all the comforts of home! Come stay at the Admirals Club in Emerald Shores Gated Community. Admirals Club is very close to the beach and right at one of the community's heated pools. ***This home is nicely furnished and boasts many extras including a new 50" High Definition Plasma TV with several High Definition channels, new upgraded stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, and granite counters in the kitchen and baths.  Expanded Cable including Multi Channel High Definition HBO & SHOWTIME too!***New this year are leather furniture in the main Living Room and a bar/wine cooler!!!  2 leather reclining sofas and 1 reclining chair!  The bar has a wine cooler with 2 separate settings for white and red wine! The first floor has an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and the dining room. The Master Suite is also on the first floor and is furnished with a king-size pillow top Tommy Bahama bed. Sleep in luxury! The other bedrooms have queen beds.  There is a sleeper chair in the living room making another twin bed!  A full-size washer and dryer is in the hall. A spiral staircase takes you up to the second floor with two big bedrooms with queen beds and each with a sitting area!  There is also a new 32" LCD TV AND A NEW XBOX 360 CONSOLE in the back bedroom.  The 2nd floor bathroom has a shower and a granite floor! There are just too many extras to mention!  

Admirals Club also boasts a completely separate living space under the same roof! An In-Law suite is in back with a living room, fully furnished kitchenette, queen bedroom, and bathroom!  New 32" LCD TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom!!!  Freshly painted and sleeper sofa added May 2012!  New colors!

This home sleeps up to 11! A screened breezeway with a courtyard invites you out to sit and enjoy the cool breezes under a ceiling fan! The back porch has a dining table with umbrella and chairs as well as a propane BBQ grill.  Other furnishings include Five flat screen TVs, three DVDs, four VCRs, stereo, and an XBOX.

Pull your beach chairs and coolers to the beach in our wagon!  Or, hop on the tram during the Summer.  The beach is only about 350 yards away!

Additional Emerald Shores amenities include two heated pools, a tennis court, shuffle board, and a beach cabana with a short order cafe/bar, picnic tables, shower, and restrooms!
