The Newport Peninsula Beach House is a Cape Cod style home with
hardwood floors, a stone fireplace in the living room, and two
balconies with a view of the Bay. The upstairs bedrooms both have a
queen bed, high beam ceiling, and separate bathrooms with a Jacuzzi
tub.

The Bay is only steps away and the Beach is just down the street.
The unit includes an oversized two-car garage that has a direct
entrance to the home. Once you arrive, you may not need to use your
car during your stay, since you are within walking distance of the
Bay, Beach, Fun Zone, Ferry, Dining, and Shops.

The Newport Peninsula Beach House is located in a very nice
neighborhood that is great for couples and families with kids. Enjoy
your summer vacation by walking along the bay, take the ferry to
Balboa Island and shop, ride your bike along the beach, or just
relax and sunbathe.
