within minutes of downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and the airport. This 4 
bedroom, 2.5 bath home features hardwood floors throughout, a full 
gourmet kitchen with one of a kind granite countertops and stainless 
steel appliances. The home has 3 levels with the master suite 
upstairs with a kind bed, jacuzzi tube and loft. Two bedrooms are 
located on the main level with 1 twin bed, 1 double bed, and 1 queen 
bed along with the kitchen and living room. The bottom level includes 
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, a family room with a flat panel tv, dvd 
player, directv and surround sound.

The home is located a short drive from Sedona and the Grand Canyon 
with plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby.

This home also features Central Air Conditioning.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per night May 2008 - December 2008
Thanksgiving and Christmas rates are $350.00 per night
