Nestled between two sandy beaches Penticton has become a favourite summer vacation
destination for tourists of all ages.
Summer events include a variety of festivals such as The Elvis Festival, Penticton Square Dance
Festival, Penticton Highland Games, Okanagan Children's Festival, Beach Blanket Film Festival,
Penticton's Peach Festival and the Pentastic Jazz Festival.

JUNE 1 - AUGUST 14:  Minimum 7 day stay.  $450.00 per night or $2800.00 per week.

SEPT. 1 - MAY 31:  Minimum 5 day stay.  $400. per night or $2500.00 per week.

EXCEPTION DECEMBER 15 - JANUARY 15:  Minimum 7 day stay. $650 per night or $3500 per week.

Payment Terms:
30% non-refundable deposit within 10 days of booking.
Balance due 21 days prior to arrival date PLUS $500 damage deposit - refundable upon inspection and check out).
