bathrooms.  The jewel of this home is the spacious and sunny modern kitchen along with open dining  
and living areas.  Meticulously clean and beautiful this home gives you the feeling of  
welcoming warmth and taste.

Summer events include a variety of festivals such as The Elvis Festival, Penticton Square Dance  
Festival, Penticton Highland Games, Okanagan Children's Festival, Beach Blanket Film Festival,  
Penticton's Peach Festival and the Pentastic Jazz Festival.   
 
Penticton is also home to the famous Ironman Canada Triatholon at the end of August each year.

Summer Rate: June 1 to July 31 & Sept., 2009   1 Week  Minimum $450. per night   Weekly rate: $2200. 
             Aug. 01 to Aug. 14, 2008          1 Week  Minimum $450. per night   Weekly rate: $2400. 
Fall, Winter, Spring Rates:                    1 Week  Minimum $400. per night   Weekly rate  $1800. 
 
Exceptions: 
Subaru Ironman Canada: August 15 to 31, 2009   1 Week  Minimum $500. per night   Weekly rate: $3200. 
Christmas Rates    Dec 20/08 Jan 05/09         1 Week  Minimum $500. per night   Weekly rate  $3200. 
 
Payment Terms: 
30% non-refundable deposit within 10 days of booking. 
Balance due 21 days prior to arrival date. 
$1000 damage deposit (due upon arrival and refundable upon inspection and check out).
