The off-season rates, except for holidays, will be $1,050-$1,200/week (6 nights/7 days), or $175-$200/night (3-night minimum), depending on the number of people.  

Spring rates $150 a night or $ 900.00 per week 6 nights and 7 days….Summer rates….$175.00 a night  or $1050 per week…..
