parking, newly decorated and remodeled, 
beachfront patio and firepit, atrium with inner courtyard and BBQ
linens and towels provided, sleeps 7-8 people. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Satellite TV in two rooms, CD player, DVD, microwave, 
fireplace,large Beachfront patio with furniture and 
a built in gas BBQ.

Activities and Attractions

Oceanfront swimming and sunbathing. ATV, horseback riding, surfing, 
diving, fishing and boogie-boarding facilities nearby.  Winter 
months boast great whale watch boating adventures.

Vacation Rental Rates

From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and special 
holidays:
$1,300-$1,400/week (6 nights/7 days), or $220-$235/night (3-night 
minimum),
depending on the number of people. The off-season rates, except for 
holidays,
will be $1,050-$1,200/week (6 nights/7 days), or $175-$200/night (3-
night minimum),
depending on the number of people.
