Nestled on a secluded drive in the heart of the Seneca Lake wine
trail is our newly built lake home we call Herbst's
Hideaway. Be the first to relax in this brand new 2300 sq ft home
which is literally 10 ft from incredible level lakeshore. The
panoramic view is breathtaking. We also have a new 100 ft dock
leading to a large platform that will allow you to soak up the sun,
swim and relax to your heart's content.
The Great Room boasts 20 ft ceilings, a wall of windows, 2 sliding
french doors leading to the wraparound deck, dining table for 12,
and 42" plasma TV with surround sound. Adjacent to the Great Room is
the enormous gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and center island
with bar stools. There cannot be too many cooks in this kitchen with
two ovens and two sinks! Next to the kitchen is the laundry area
with washer and dryer. There is also a half bath for your
convenience. The first floor also has a lakeside master bedroom with
corner fireplace, 32" LCD TV, bath with double vanity,and sliding
french doors leading to the deck.
The upstairs includes a lakeside bedroom with private
balcony, another corner fireplace and a 32" LCD TV. There are 2 more
bedrooms (1 with private bath) and the kids will really
enjoy the double bunkbeds in the loft!!!. The second bathroom
upstairs has a magnificent glass and tile shower and double vanity.
The entire home and dock is equipped with a Russound Multiroom
Entertainment System. The system offers Sirius Satellite Radio, an
IPod dock, Media Server which includes Internet Radio and a library
of CD's and DVD's, a separate CD/DVD player, and AM/FM
radio, that can be controlled in all bedrooms, the great room and
dock. So.. you don't have to listen to what the kids are listening
to.
For those of you who want to bring your boat or jet ski(s), we
offer 2 boat hoists. In addition, there are 2 kayaks and a paddle
boat for your enjoyment.

Summer weeks run Sunday to Sunday

Daily rental requires 2 day minimum

Cleaning fee is $200.00 for all rentals.
