Lighthouse Point in Dauphin Island

Lighthouse Point is located in the Dauphin Surf Club Condominiums. With only 39 units this complex
sits right on the beach at Dauphin Island, Alabama. The condo is on the second floor and has two
bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room and gulf room. The condo can
accomodate a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The second
bedroom has a queen bed and full bath across the hall. There is a king size sleeper sofa in the gulf
room. Recently redone the condo has comfortable furnishings with a lighthouse theme and a beautiful
view on the Gulf of Mexico and the pool and lawn area directly across from it. The condo is a non-
smoking unit and there are no renter pets or boats and trailers permitted. There is on-site
management should renters need assistance.

Lighthouse Point has cable television, video tape and DVD players, local phone service and a full
kitchen, including microwave, coffee pot and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a swimming
pool, volley ball court and boardwalk to the beach. The condo property is gated for the protection
of renters and owners alike.

Dauphin Island is 35 miles south of Mobile, Alabama. The approximately 18 mile long island is
surrounded by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. This
enchanting paradise offers beautiful dunes with acres of lush woodlands with a fresh water pool in
the Audubon Society Sanctuary where local and migratory birds abound, a step back in history with
Fort Gaines, Indian Shell Mounds left by early native Americans, boat launches, free fishing piers,
an 18 hole gulf side golf course, charter fishing boats, a bike-running path, local churches, a 3000
foot blacktop airport, gift shops, apparel, art, seafood and convenience stores. Fast food and
casual dining establishments serve local seafood favorites. And always, the blue-green water and
broad, white sand beaches beckon the visitor to walk, jog, sunbath and swim until it is time to
watch the orange hot sun dip below the horizon and wait for another day.
