Very private back yard with heated 38x22 pool, huge patio with lots of nice outdoor furniture and a gas grill, 60' of dockage with 4' minimum depth. Easy out to the Atlantic via Sister's Creek. The large kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances,
including a double oven and microwave. Vaulted ceilings in the living room with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the big screen TV. Spacious dining room with cocktail bar. Master bedroom with queen bed is on the main level with beautiful master bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Upstaris is a guest bedroom with queen bed, a room with a double bed and twin bunk above, and another set of bunk beds. Fourth bedroom/den has two twin pull-outs and private screened porch overlooking the back yard.
Rate is $3000/week, $3500 for premium Holiday and Lobster weeks. Pool heat add $250/week.
