A short walk to bluff-steps takes you down to exquisite white-sanded beaches and green-grassed-Parks, so that you may relax by taking-in the Ocean-Breeze, beautiful-views, or Walk/jog on the sand or swim in the ocean. Sleeps 4. Queen size bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom. Quiet first floor condo, large community pool & club house, 2 jacuzzis and picnic/play areas. Fine or casual dining, shopping, Movie/live Theatre, Library, famous  5-Star-Resort hotels/spas, golfing, Dana Point Harbor are all near your beach close condo. Public transportation at end of complex block.

Based on Saturday-Saturday lease:
October-May (except HOLIDAYS*): $950-$1400 per week

June-August: $1500-$1900 per week
*HOLIDAYS: $1500-$1900 per week

Monthly, negotiable.

Receipt of $500 security deposit secures your reservation. Deposit returned within 21-days after your departure (minus $150 - $200, depending on # of guests and length of stay).

Rental fee is due 45-days prior to your first day of lease, via cashier's check.
