privacy. Great kitchen fully stocked even down to the last spice you might need while cooking your  
favorite dish. Spacious dining area for the whole family along with another incredible view of the  
bridge. This home is situated in the most prime location, nestled directly above Newport's Historic  
Water Front and a 5 minute walk to the beach. All of the living room windows have an outstanding view  
of the bridge and nautical activities on Newports, Yaquina Bay. Huge deck for entertaining, furnished  
with table and chairs as well as a B-que.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You won't believe how close this home is to everything! You can walk the entire bay front, shop, dine  
and visit the galleries. Sit for hours and watch all of the activities on the most amazing deck  
Newport's bridge scape to enjoy day and night. Sail boats, fishing boats, the sea lions and plenty of  
wonderful sights to see right from the deck. This home comes equipped with 2 T.V.'s, 1 dvd player, 2  
video players, high speed internet service, local telephone service and cable television. The Dining  
table seats 6 comfortably, great spot to chill out and play games,even relax and read a great book. The  
home has a washer/Dryer, crab pot, library of puzzles, family games and movies.
