This cozy hide-away is attached to a Craftsman-style residence in one
of Bend's nice west-side neighborhoods. Private entrance and
off-street parking afford you the comfort of a home away from home
while you visit Bend.
The home is a one-bedroom apartment with a lovely living room,
well-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom is
equipped with a queen size bed and has a nice closet. The living room
is small but light with a comfortable sofa (makes into a suprisingly
comfortable full-size bed), fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and books.
This is a great place to snuggle in for an evening of reading or quiet
time with a loved one. Quiet neighborhood, off-street parking, near a
golf course, overlooking the city of Bend. The guest apartment is a
reasonable walk or three minute drive to downtown Bend or near-by
restaurants.

(Note: Our apartment is two blocks from Rivers Edge Golf Course)

antique shops and the Les Schwab Amphitheater for Concerts or Outdoor
Shows. Downtown Bend is within walking distance.

• A Deposit equal to one-half of the total for your stay plus tax is
required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due no later than one
month prior to arrival.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• $250 refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit. For credit cards,
we will authorize this deposit, but not charge it unless reqired due
to damage or excessive cleaning
• All rentals are subject to availability until booking is confirmed
• Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival are fully
refundable, minus 10% administrative fee.
• Rent and tax for cancellations made less than 20 days from scheduled
4:00 PM check-in of booking date shall be forfeited, for whatever
reason, unless another guest assumes the rental.
