This new cottage is part of a 43 acre cottage community in Wells Maine, just off of Route 1. The cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and private deck with an outdoor table, gas grill and chairs. Take a trolley ride to the near Moody Beach.

Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Pots/Pans,New
Appliances, Coffee maker, Stove/Oven, Iron, Ceiling fans in bedrooms
and living room, Air Conditioning/Heat, Cable TV, DVD and VHS in
Living Room, Home Stereo System, Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, 2nd
bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a Full Size Pull-out sofa in Living
Room. Linens and bath towels will be provided!! Private deck with a gas grill!

Located at Beach Dreams for your use is 3 Pools, including a kids
pool, Roman spa, Tennis courts, gym, video game room with pool
table, Gazebos, Bocce, horseshoses, volleyball & basketball courts.
Seven Miles of beach only one mile from the cottage, Offshore
Fishing Charters, Shopping, Kittary and Freeport Outlet Shopping,

Off Season Rates: Go away when the crowd is gone!
September 7 to October 31st $550/week or $70/night

~May 1st to June 19th $550/week or $70/night (weekends available)
2012 Peak Season Rates:   $950.00  ~June 18th to September 3th (Please add $66.50 for the State of Maine 7% logging tax)   Weekly rentals only.
