Beach Dreams is the perfect location for a family vacation in the Wells Beach area. This two bedroom, 1 bath cottage (Unit #198) comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom contains a queen bed. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds. There is a full size pull out sofa in the living room. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.  The unit also comes equipped with a gas grill and private deck with table and chairs. The location is situated on a premium lot in a quiet location next to an open field that is perfect for the kids to get out and play. If you are looking for a family vacation or a nice get-away, Wells, Maine is the perfect location and our unit is the ideal place to stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Pots/Pans, New Appliances, Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Washer/Dryer, Iron, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, Air Conditioning/Heat, Cable TV & DVD in Living Room, Cable TV & DVD in Master Bedroom, VHS in 2nd Bedroom, Home Stereo System. Linens and bath towels will be provided!!

Beach Dreams is a beautiful community located on 43 acres of land.  It has a large main pool area with a hot tub and a kiddie pool.  There is a second smaller pool area in the back of the property.   There are several other amenities including tennis, basketball and bocce courts, a state of the art gym, and wireless internet access. 

The beautiful coastline of Southern Maine is just a short ride away. Beach Dreams is right near beautiful Wells Beach (1 mile), Crescent Beach and Moody Beach. Across the street from Beach Dreams, be sure to try The Pine Tree Farm Market and Cafe which offers a wide range of breakfast and lunch in the cafe, to wine, cheeses and assorted homemade bake goods.

The Maine Trolley stops at the entrance of Beach Dreams. You can travel to nearby Ogunquit Beach on the Trolley and then walk the beautiful Marginal Way and visit Perkins Cove. However, that's not all that Ogunquit has to offer. There are so many restaurants with diverse cuisines to chose from, and after dinner the Trolley will take you back to Beach Dreams.

Mini golf is just a short walk away from this complex for the kids and ice cream stands are plentiful. Additionally, there is a bike and kayak rental shop right near by. Organize a day to explore the bike trails or kayak the marshes of the beautitful coastline. Enjoy golfing? There's a Par 3 golf course at Merrill Farms which offers breakfast and lunch as well.

Next, get in the car for a short ride down to Kittery, Maine. Here you will find premium outlet shops to satisfy every shopper's preferences. There are restaurants within walking distance of the shops, so even if you find yourself caught with a rainy day, there's still plenty to do indoors!

Lastly, historic Portsmouth, NH is just a short 30 minute drive from Beach Dreams. Here you will find landmarks and houses that have been there since the colonial era. Enjoy shopping at the quaint stores downtown, or enjoy a nice lunch at one of the many restaurants that offer outdoor patios.

2013 Vacation Rental Rates:

May 1st - June 29th $600/week or $90/night

June 29th - Sept 7th $1,000/week or $125/night  

Sept 7th - October 31st $600/week or $90/night

7% Maine lodging tax will be added to all rates

Check-in on Saturday after 1 PM, Check-out Saturday by 10 AM.
$250 refundable rental deposit.
