Vacation Rental Description

Sleeps 8 for the price of 6 rates!  Book early by the 
end of March last year, this unit was completely booked for the summer!!!

Come Join Us! We have completely renovated this unit and it's all 
new for you to come an enjoy! This is an East Side View Unit that 
looks all the way down the beach and it sleeps 8 people for the 
price of 6! With a 42" Plasma TV, a new kitchen, new paint and too 
cute decor you will enjoy staying at our location. 

Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach right 
out the door you'll be glad you came. This is a first floor unit 
(it's actually up one flight of stairs or 1 floor by the elevator)
and has easy access to the pool and the beach. 

With a fully stocked kitchen complete will all new appliances, wall 
mounted TV's in both Bedrooms, DVD and VCR, new bathrooms you'll 
enjoy a comfortable stay at reasonable prices! We've even put in a 
large Plasma TV in the living room for more entertainment. The 
complex has picnic tables, swings and barbeque grills under the 
building and with the private balcony, you'll have plenty of places 
to choose to relax. 

This is a NON-SMOKING unit and no pets are allowed by guests by rule 
of the condo by-laws and restrictions. There is a $85.00 cleaning 
fee and parking passes are required at a cost of $10.00 per pass per 
vehicle limit of 2 cars. These will be provided along with the keys to the unit.
