Our property is close to 5 golf courses, 2 Country Clubs, swimming pools and tennis courts. The
house is a modern Ranch (2Bedroom/2Baths), elegantly decorated, with large Lanai (20x10), on a large
corner lot. There is a King Size bed(pillow-top mattress) in the Master Bedroom and a Queen size bed
in the Guest Room. Cable TV is available in two rooms.
The house comes with the use of a Yamaha gas powered, all weather, 4 seat, golf car. The house also
includes a computer with high speed internet for email, making tee times, and keeping up on email.

Golf (22 Executive -Free* and 8 Champioship courses , Tennis ( 30 Clay and Hard Courts), Lake

Entertainment: Every night of the year there is free music and dancing at both town squares. The
best music from the 50's-80's is played and enjoyed. There is every cuisine imaginable at or near
the Villages. There is Italian, Greek, Mediterarranean, Thai, Chinese, etc. There is also casual or
fine dining at any of the nine Country Clubs onsite. There are 15 heated pools, 18 recreation
centers, 20 nine-hole executive and six championship golf courses, two 32 lane bowling centers, five
softball fields, two polo fields, a 60 bed Regional Hospital, and Villages own radio & TV stations.
Over 500 scheduled activities per week including sports, crafts, clubs, music, lessons, fittnes,
etc. There house comes with a custom, four-seat, night drivable, all weather, nearly new, gasoline
powered, Yamaha golf car. There are also two sets of Golf Clubs available at the house for your
convenience in case you didn't have room to pack your own. Tennis rackets are also available at the
house.
