Our property is close to 5 golf courses, 2 Country Clubs, swimming pools and tennis courts. The
house is a modern Ranch (2Bedroom/2Baths), elegantly decorated, with large Lanai (20x10), on a large
corner lot. The backyard is very private with large hedges surrounding property.  There is a King Size bed(pillow-top mattress) in the Master Bedroom and a Queen size bed
in the Guest Room. Cable HD WiFi TV is available in the living room.  There are TV's in the  Bedrooms and the Lanai.
The house comes with the use of a gas powered Yamaha golf cart that won't leave you stranded like what might happen with an electric cart. There are also three sets of Golf Clubs (2rt Handed, 1 left handed sets ) available at the house for your 
convenience in case you didn't have room to pack your own. The house also
includes WiFi and a computer with high speed internet for email, making tee times, and keeping up on email. Download Netflix moves from our "Smart" TV.  We have available a Nintindo Wii if you want to exercise at home to tunes from "Just Dance" or Wii Sports. It also comes with 3 sets of golf clubs(one left handed),2 tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, swimming floats, and fold up chairs to take to the Town Square on crowded nights. 

We also have a portable Sony speaker that allows you to play your favorite music playlist from your iPhone or iPad. 

During the summer we allow very small dogs.
