Gulf Front:  Sleeps 15-17 Jan/Feb only $999/wk.  Beds include:
K, Q, Q, BB, BB, Trundle, SS,twin sleeper chair,twin sleeper ottoman,
2 air beds.
Leave the traffic, noise, and crowds behind in Orange Beach and Gulf
Shores, for the quiet and serenity of Fort Morgan.Located at 2752
Ponce de Leon Court.  Beautiful beach front duplex (east side) has
plenty of "people" room, with a large open living area, and over 2000
sq feet of space.  Two large gulf-front covered balconies have
breath-taking views of the ocean, right at your back door. Watch the
dolphins, shrimp boats, birds, and flying fish! Perfect for watching
your children build sand castles, while you take a sun-break on the
covered porches.  

Well-stocked kitchen has ice maker, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee pots, 
blender, shrimp pot, large crock pot, grilling tools for the charcoal grill, a
homemade ice cream maker,and plenty of dishes and cookware, and a 
high chair for the little one. We also provide a baby gate and baby monitor for your peace of mind.  

Each bedroom has cable TV, a DVD player, phone, clock, hangers, and a
vanity dressing table. Internet access is provided, as well as
no-limit long distance calling (within the US). 
Outside, enjoy the use of plenty of deck furniture, 4 chaise lounges,
16 beach chairs, 6 beach umbrellas, 8 small beach tables (to keep 
your belongings out of the sand), a kiddie pool,sand toys,several floats &
boogie boards,swim noodles, outdoor games (volley ball, badmitton),
and a hot/cold shower for rinsing off. Stay in the shade with a 10 x
10 shade tent.Find hidden treasures in the sand with the metal
detector. 
Enjoy the private beach, without the hassle of having to "claim your
spot". The peace and quiet are well worth the short drive from the city and traffic of Gulf Shores 
to the Ft Morgan area. No stoplights on Hwy 180 to slow your trip. Residential area, with  no
high rises to contend with. Several reasonably priced restaurants are in the area. Bring your canoe, 
and fishing gear to fish from the beach. Just 5 miles from well-known golf course Kiva Dunes. One & 
1/2 miles from Ft. Morgan Marina, providing fishing charters. Two miles
from historic Ft. Morgan, where you can tour, or ride the ferry  across the bay to Dauphin Island.

especially in the off-season

Rates do not include taxes of 8.5%. 
Cleaning fee of $150.00
Security deposit of $400, refundable after check-out
