Ponce de Leon Court. Beautiful beach front duplex (east side only) has
plenty of "people" room, with a large open living/kitchen/dining area. Two large gulf-front covered balconies have breath-taking views of the ocean, right at your back door. Watch the
dolphins, shrimp boats, birds, and flying fish! Perfect for watching your children build sand castles, while you take a sun-break on the covered porches.

Well-stocked kitchen has ice makers, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee pots, blender, shrimp pot, large crock pot,large roaster, pancake griddle, grilling tools for the charcoal grill, a homemade ice cream maker,and plenty of dishes and cookware, and 2 high chairs and 2 booster seats for the little ones. We also provide a pack & play,baby gate,baby monitor,& step stools for bathroom sinks for your peace of mind.

Each bedroom has satellite TV, a DVD player, phone, clock, hangers, and a
vanity dressing table. WiFi is provided, as well as
no-limit long distance calling (within the US).
Outside, enjoy the use of plenty of deck furniture, chaise lounges,
beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small beach tables (to keep your belongings out of the sand), a small kiddie pool,sand toys, boogie boards,swim noodles, & outdoor games (volley ball).
Enjoy the private beach, without the hassle of having to "claim your
spot". The peace and quiet are well worth the short drive from the
city and traffic of Gulf Shores to the Ft Morgan area. Residential area, with no high rises to
contend with. Several reasonably priced restaurants are in the area. Bring your canoe, and fishing gear to fish from the beach. Just 5 miles from well-known golf course Kiva Dunes. One & 1/2 miles from Ft. Morgan Marina, providing fishing charters. Two miles from historic Ft. Morgan, where you can tour, or ride the ferry across the bay to Dauphin Island.
