Beautiful 2nd. floor Ocean View Apartment with balcony.
The Apartment is located in the center of town of Playa del Carmen
on 10th. avenue between 6th. and 8th. street Just opposite you’ll
find the new shopping mall with movie theater (Los Pelicanos). The
breath taken white sandy beaches are just 300ft. away and of course
the famous 5th. avenue it’s only one block away. Near by there is a
brand new Wal-Mart Supermarket.
The Apartment, is on the 2nd. floor of the building that has a
security gate at the entrance. The Apartment has 900sq.ft. in size,
two bedrooms, (1 master, 1 smaller) living and dinning room,
kitchen, bath, and a very nice balcony with ocean view.
The kitchen, is fully furnished with all cooking utensils you need,
toaster, coffee maker, stove, and full size fridge with freezer.
The living room has a complete set of couch, coffee table,
furniture, fan, as well as TV set and DVD player (With videos and
movies).
The dinning room accommodates up to four people, with fan, and a
complete set of China, glasses, cups, etc, etc...
The master bedroom comes with separable king size bed, a/c, fan,
full size closet, dresser table, and direct access to the balcony.
The smaller bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a/c, fan, full
size closet, dresser table and access to the balcony.
Full size bathroom includes towels.
Made service can be provided on request, as well as a cell phone.
