This brand new cottage, located in private, gated, 43-acre Beach
Dreams Cottage Community in Wells Beach, Maine offers many
spectacular amenities, including:

- 2 bedrooms (one bedroom w/1 queen sized bed, the other bedroom bunk
beds & additional pull out mattress)
- 1 full bathroom
- living room
- eat-in kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized
refrigerator, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, baking equipment, etc.)
- full sunroom (can be used as a bedroom-full size futon)
- air conditioning
- heat
- washer/dyer
- built-in stereo system-AM/FM, CD and Cassette players
- 3 color cable televisions (1 system with
VCR/DVD player 1 w/ dvd)
-linens and towels
- 2 to 3 car parking area

white sand!
- many shopping areas including Wells, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport,
Ogunquit, Kittery and Freeport Outlet Malls, and The Maine Mall in
Portland.
- Other attractions include: golf, mini-golf, water parks, arcades,
York Wild Kingdom Zoo, walking, bicycling, kayaking, white water
rafting, summer theater at The Ogunquit Playhouse, great local
restaurants, many fun cocktail spots/local bars, antique shops, and
gift shops.

$110/night - 3 night minimum required

***Non-Negotiable:***
- Cleaning Fee: $75
- Check in Fee: $50
- Security Deposit:$200 (fully paid on date of booking rental-
returned at end of rental period-see below)
- 1/2 of full rental rate paid at time of booking, not including
security deposit (ex: rental rate:$1,000-deposit:$500+$200 security
deposit=$700 total)
_ Remaining 1/2 of rental rate must be paid in full at least 2 weeks
prior to starting date of rental, otherwise renter forfeits rental
of the week
- Full refund of money already paid will only be issused with at
least 2 weeks notice of rental cancellation.
-Upon satisfactory checkout, security deposit will be returned to
you, providing the unit has no damage or missing items.

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals
- check-in time: Saturdays at 2 PM
- check-out time: Saturdays at 11 AM
