Quiet lakefront cottage on private no-motor lake. in Baldwin

Our cottage is located on Little "L" Lake, five-miles South of
Baldwin, MI. Little "L" Lake is a quiet, no-motor lake that is
approx. 25 acres in size. Good fishing (bass & panfish) and swimming
with a nice sandy beach.

Open all year for winter activities!

***We feel it important to note that we had an unfortunate situation this past February where the pipes froze and burst flooding the entire cottage.  The cottage is currently being remodeled because of this event and we feel it will be more appealing and brighter throughout.  We will be updating this site with new photos as the construction wraps up!***  

GOOD NEWS!!!  Construction is now complete and an additional week just opened up for 2009!!!  August 9-15 is now open for your up-north lake enjoyment!!!

Cottage is fully furnished with the following amenities:
- Two bedrooms, bathroom with tub & shower, kitchen w/ bar & eating area,
living-room area w/ plenty of windows for open views of the lake.
- All dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware.
- Sleeps six with two twin beds, one queen bed,
and one sofa/sleeper that converts into a queen bed.
- Stove/Range, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Grill.
- 27" Color TV with DVD(only local channels).
- Washer and Dryer, Full Furnace Heat.
- Deluxe Four Person Pedal-Boat
- 40 Ft. Dock
- Fire Pit
- Sandy Beach
- Trampoline Raft
- Picnic Table

Guests must provide their own personal items such as; linens,
pillows, towels, beach items, paper and food products, and soaps.

for jet-ski or power boating enthusiasts.
- 35 Miles to enjoy a day at Ludington State Park Beach
on beautiful Lake Michigan or the tourist shoping downtown.

Weekends & Nightly (as available) - $150 per night

prior to dates being considered reserved
