vacation rental description
Our cottage is located on Little "L" Lake, five-miles South of
Baldwin, MI. Little "L" Lake is a quiet, no-motor lake that is
approx. 25 acres in size. Good fishing (bass & panfish) and swimming
with a nice sandy beach.
Totally Remodeled in 2009 and three NEW Kayaks added for 2010!!!
Open all year for winter activities!

Cottage is fully furnished with the following amenities:
- Two bedrooms, bathroom with tub & shower, kitchen w/ bar & eating area,
living-room area w/ plenty of windows for open views of the lake.
- All dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware.
- Sleeps six with two twin beds, one queen bed,
and one sofa/sleeper that converts into a queen bed.
- Stove/Range, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Grill.
- 27" Color TV with DVD .
- Washer and Dryer, Full Furnace Heat.
- Deluxe Four Person Pedal-Boat & 3 Kayaks (lake use only)
- 40 Ft. Dock
- Fire Pit
- Sandy Beach
- Picnic Table
Guests must provide their own personal items such as; linens,
pillows, towels, beach items, paper and food products, and soaps.
No Smoking

Weekends (as available) - $450 - Friday & Saturday Nights
Off Season
Weekly - $600 - Sunday to Saturday
Weekends & Nightly (as available) - $175 per night
Complete Cottage Rental Rules may be e-mailed or faxed to interested
parties and must be signed and returned with a $400 ($250 weekends) rental deposit
prior to dates being considered reserved
