comforts of home are provided.
There are TV's with DVD players in the living room, Master Bedroom,
and Guest Bedroom. Living room
has one pull out sofa and three chairs. Dining area has table with
six chairs and breakfast bar
with three chairs. Stackable washer and dryer ready for your use!

Offseason = August 15th through December 31st = $625/week
Month of May = $775/week
Peak Season = April, and June 1st through August 15th = $950/week
Rental requires a $350 non-refundable security deposit payable at
the time of booking.
In addition to the rental tenant is responsible for all applicable
taxes and a cleaning fee of
$76.30.
Tenants with pets will be charged an additional fee of $75/week (non
refundable).
Please note that Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas are
premium weeks and $100 will be
added to the base rate reflected in the rates above.
The condo is NOT AVAILABLE in January, February, or March.
