Vacation Rental Amenities

Beds; 1 king size in master BR.           Double beds in both 
bedrooms
 upstairs . All bed and bath linens supplied. The kitchen is fully 
supplied in silverware, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, 
coffee maker, etc.  Side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in 
the door, disposal, dishwasher. The kitchen is part of the Great 
room 
and has a large window opening to the pool area. Washer and dryer. 
Dining room and breakfast area have Tiffany chandeliers. Off the 
foyer an elegant powder room will delight you and your 
guests.                                                              
 
            This house will be a beautiful " second residence " away 
from the winter cold ( and corresponding heating bill ) to brighten 
your life and the life of eventual lucky  guests you might have.  

Activities and Attractions

The Community Center offers a variety of activities,tennis 
courts,jogging course and more. Florida of yesteryear is a short 
drive inland around lake Okeechobee or a day trip to the west coast 
(of Florida of course) or Orlando for a week end. The Caribbeans are

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum of 2 months reqired for winter season. From now till end of 
April $18,500.  For Dec, Jan., Feb., and March  $15,000 or $4,000 
each mo.

1/3 at reservation time  1/3 upon arrival  1/3 after first month.
 The rent includes pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and television 
cable. The tenant pays for the electricity.
