This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beachfront home is bold, vibrant and
cosmopolitan.

Designed to take advantage of prevailing sea breezes, the living and
dining areas open to magnificent views. There are ocean views from
many rooms and a wide golden beach at your doorstep.

Enjoy coffee on one of our 2 beachfront terraces while watching cruise
ships and cargo boats arrive and depart from the longest pier in the
world, watch the local fishermen head out to sea, swim in the Gulf of
Mexico, stroll on the beach, go shelling, relax in one of our
hammocks, read a book, sun bathe on our beach or relax in our pool.

Casa Del Sol Yucatan boasts luxury linens and towels, a fully equipped
kitchen, a 32" LCD TV with  Starchoice Canadian/American satelite TV, a DVD player and AM/FM radio with CD player , there is a 2nd TV in the master suite , and a small TV in the oceanfront bedroom for a DVD player

This house has  been renovated from top to bottom. The large 2nd
floor bedroom suite is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in
every room.

State of the art electronics, including broadband internet access are
available at additional cost. Included with the WiFi is FREE phone calling to USA and Canada . Ask us about daily maid service.

We also provide an iron, hair dryer, beach towels, hammocks, charcoal
grill and a small safe.

The bedroom suite has a new King size bed, the oceanfront bedroom has
2 new twin size beds, the garden bedroom has a new queen size bed and
you can sleep comfortably in a hammock in the the 4th bedroom.

But Casa Del Sol is not just beautiful wide beaches, quaint fishing
villages and friendly Mayans. Fifteen minutes away is Uaymitun, a
flamingo sanctuary, where you can watch these magnificent pink birds
in their natural habitat.

The city of Progreso, right next door, has restaurants and shops on
its beautiful Malecon. Shopping and personal services are readily
available in this port city.

Play golf and tennis at La Ceiba Golf Club. It's only 15 minutes from
the house.

Drive less than 30 minutes to fine dining, night clubs, shopping and
people watching in Merida. You will find familiar conveniences at
Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Sears, OfficeMax, Office Depot, Home
Depot, Friday's, Subway, Pizza Hut, and Bennigans.... but you will
also discover a city, founded in 1542, with beautiful mansions and
museums.

Immerse yourself in Mayan culture. World famous Dzibilchaltun is less
than 15 minutes away and the pyramids of Chitzen Itza and Uxmal are
about 2 hours away. Let the Mayan culture transport you to another
time.

Yucatan is an ecotourism destination. Discover its unique
environment; investigate the jungle and its wildlife, visit coastal
estuaries and mangroves which support an extraordinary and diverse
population of aviary and marine life, see the vast salt beds, then

Policy

Rental Rates are quoted for 1-6 persons. Please inquire if your group
is larger.

Children are welcome but the house is not child-proofed. We believe
that parents are the best judge of their children�s actions. The use
of common sense in setting aside art or other objects that might be
tempting to youngsters is encouraged.

Please inquire if you want to bring pets.

No smoking is allowed inside the house but there are large terraces
on both floors where smoking is permitted.

Until confirmed, our rates are subject to change without notice.

Daily cleaning services (including laundry, floor cleaning, bed
making, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and similar services) are
available at additional cost. We encourage you to use this inexpensive
service; it will make your vacation a true vacation.

All bookings are a minimum of one week.

All Rates are in US Dollars.

If the time you want is not available, we suggest that you ask to be
placed on our waiting list . There is always the chance of a
cancellation.
