Vacation Rental Description

     Our lovely condo is located in the Royal Mansions complex
directly on the ocean. The unit is located on the second floor with a
side view from the balcony of the ocean. The beach is just steps away,
down the boardwalk which also has an outdoor shower at the end. 
     This is a clean, no drive beach with spectacular views of the ships
sailing in & out of Port Canaveral, to the space shuttle or rocket
launches.   Down to the south is the Cocoa Beach Pier. 
 
     The unit is NON-SMOKING & NO PETS.   
There is a queen bed with a separate vanity, tub w/shower and second
shower, along with a walk in closet. The living room has a queen size
sleeper sofa. 
     Fully equipped kitchen w/microwave, all kitchen utensils and
dishes, two televisions w/DVD players, cable and wireless internet access.
     The telephones have voice mail and there is a radio/alarm clock,
hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the master bedroom area. 
     ON SITE MANAGEMENT & HOUSEKEEPING are included in the price.
Laundry facilities are nearby in the complex. 
      Securtiy Guard at entrance in evening. 


 

Vacation Rental Amenities

     Heated outdoor pool & jacuzzi. Clubhouse-conference facility. On
site management and security guard at night. Picnic areas with barbecue
grills. Complimentary continental breakfast in the morning and wine &
cheese in the afternoon is served in the club house. 

Activities and Attractions

     700 feet of beautiful ocean front beach with great viewing of the
space shuttle launches and the ships coming in and out of port. Boogie
boards, fishing poles, beach chairs available upon request from the
office, yes, we have some great waves!!!. Restaurants galore up the
street in Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach to the south. We are located
just 45 min. from Orlando International Airport, Disney World, Sea
World, Universal Studios, Epcot and other theme parks. Kennedy Space
Center is nearby for touring and Sun Coast Casino will even swing by
to pick you up for your gambling cruise. Ron Jons new restaurant is
located in Port Canaveral and their surf shop is down the street in
Cocoa Beach.
