- 50% of total due immediately to confirm booking. Balance due 14 days before check-in.
- 11.675% tax plus $75 one time cleaning fee on all rentals.
- $300 refundable damage deposit OR $39 damage insurance on rentals longer than one week or adult-only rentals of any length.
- Cancellations may reschedule within 12 months at no additional charge except for any seasonal rate difference. Same reservation policy applies.
- Full refund (less 3% handling) up to 30 days prior.
- Less than 30 days one day rent forfeited; if replacement renters found then full amount (less 3%) will be refunded.
PAYMENT may be made through PayPal using major credit cards. An invoice will be emailed to you containing pay button and contract details.
