- Free shuttle in front of condo complex, the Ski & Racquet Club, which goes direct to gondola for Peak 7-8, and to the lift to peak 9.
- Beds are 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk with a twin and a double, and 1 queen sofa-bed. Linens included.

- Conveniently located on the quiet south end of town near a wooded area yet only 10 minutes walking to Main street.

15% DISCOUNT for returning guests and for rental days after the first

- 50% of total due immediately to confirm booking. Balance due 14 days before check-in.
- 11.675% tax plus $95 one time cleaning fee on all rentals.
- $49 Property protection insurance added on rentals longer than one week or adult-only rentals of any length.
- Cancellations may reschedule within 12 months at no additional charge except for any seasonal rate difference. Same reservation policy applies.
- Full refund (less 3% handling) up to 30 days prior.
- Less than 30 days one day rent forfeited; if replacement renters found then full amount (less 3%) will be refunded.
PAYMENT may be made through PayPal using major credit cards. An invoice will be emailed to you containing pay button and contract details.
