Charming, built in 1898. Has the original raised speaker's platform for
meetings.

The main room is fully furnished with comfortable chairs and game
tables.

Cozy wood stove with firewood. Also heated with a forced air furnace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the dining room with the original
pass through cupboards.

With 3200 sq ft of living space the building easily accommodates
large groups.

We have over the past three years rented to lots of family reunions, church retreats, high school groups, fishing groups, quilters, musical groups,  as well a a few wedding groups. 

Cable TV.

Ping Pong table, books and games. Bicycles.

2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 11 beds in 2 bunk rooms.

Two gas ranges, two refrigerators, one freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Walk to Safeway, the Pioneer Muesum, Movie theater and many small shops.

Drive 20 minutes to the beach, bays, fishing, clamming.

Lots of Rivers.

Go South on 101 to the Air Museum.

Go North up 101 to the Tillamook Cheese Factory and the Blue Heron Cheese

Factory, Fred Meyer and more shopping.

Rates: Friday night and Saturday night and Holidays - $195. per night.

Sunday thru Thursday night - $149.00

Non-refundable Cleaning Fee $100.00.

Discounts available for four and five night or longer stays.

Not available for a period of time longer that 3 weeks.
