Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch home Three Blocks from the beach, 1 block from the bay,
2 blocks from restaurants, supermarket, convenience and other local stores. The street gets very
little traffic and is very quiet. It has a nice front porch to relax on with four chairs.
Inside, guests enjoy such comforts as an eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, and
a DVD player. The master bedroom has a double bed and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a
single and a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and also a cable TV. There is also a
queen size pull-out couch in the living room. Each of the bedrooms has its own air conditioner and
overhead fan. The house has a whole-house fan system. There are three overhead fans in the eat-in
kitchen and one in the living room. It does not have central A/C.
This is a smoke-free home.  Pets allowed with approval of owner.

Brigantine has great beaches, bike rentals, bike lanes on several streets and nice restaurants.
This small island also offers a wildlife santuary, children's park, skate boarding facilities,
tennis and a challanging 18 hole golf course. Four-wheel vehicles w/permit are allowed on beach. It
is 5 minutes from Atlantic City with its boadwalk, piers with rides and activities for children,
Outlet and up-scale shopping areas, restaurants and the many casinos featuring their first class
entertainment. Other activities in the area include: boating, fishing, surfing, dolphin watching,
miniature golf and more.

$800/wk $3000/mo in June, $1200/wk ($1400/wk of July 4 and Labor Day) $4400/mo July & August, $1000/wk $3500/mo in September.  October - May available only for the whole period.  Call for rate.
A $400 deposit ($500 for group rentals under 25 yrs. of age) will reserve the desired week, an additional $400 is due at least one month prior to arrival date and the balance (plus pet fee if applicable) and a $250 security deposit are due a week before arrival.  If a pet has been approved by the landlord, there will be an additional $100 fee for the first week and $50/subsequent weeks.
The security deposit is returned if property is left as found.
