Vacation Rental Description

     This newly decorated 2nd floor Veranda "Dogwood" Unit, with 
cathedral ceilings, is located on the 16th hole of the Royal Course 
with a spectacular view of lake and fairway.
     Our Veranda Home, 1634 sq. ft. with 1400 sq. ft. under air, 
features both a screened Lanai (overlooking the lake & fairway) and a 
screened Veranda.  The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, large 
armour/dresser, 2 walk-in closets, 19" Cable TV/VCR, portable phone 
and Bath with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.  The 2nd bedroom has 2 
Twin beds, 2 large dressers, large closet and a full bath.  The Den 
includes a 27" Cable TV/DVD/VCR and a Couch which converts to a full 
bed.
     The Formal Dining area seats 6, while the Morning Room off the 
kitchen seats 4 (overlooking lake and fairway).  The spacious Living 
Room, with Lanai sliding doors, has a large Sectional Sofa with 2 
Recliners and a Chase Lounge built-in.  A 32" Cable TV/DVD/VCR & 
Stereo system rounds out this relaxing area.
     Full Kitchen with stove, refrigerator (ice/water in door), built-
in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster,  
blender, plus all cooking and dining utensils.  The Kitchen counter 
has 3 stools.  The Laundry Room contains a full size washer & dryer, 
ironing board and iron.  All linens and towels supplied.
All utilities included, except long distance phone calls.  Single car 
garage with additional uncovred parking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

   Heritage Palms CC is a gated community of over 500 acres.  The Two 
Championship 18-Hole Azinger-Lewis Courses have a 28,00 sq.ft. 
Clubhouse featuring an award-winning restaurant, fitness center with 
locker rooms, full service golf & tennis pro shops, aqua driving 
range, chipping & putting greens, large heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, 
library and computer room.  Heritage Palms CC also has a first rate 
Tennis facility featuring 6 lighted HAR-Tru hydro-grid courts.
     In addition to the Clubhouse pool, there are 8 satellite pools 
located throughout Heritage Palms (we have one just steps from our 
unit).  Fishing in our numerous lakes is encouraged.   
     During your stay at Heritage Palms our Country Club Membership 
can be transfered to you ($250 transfer fee, includes two people,will 
be waived on 6 wks rentals or longer).  
This $250 Transfer Fee provides reduced golf rates on both coures.  
Walking allowed after 04:00 pm.  Reciprocal Rights at over 60 area 
courses avalable from May-October.

     Activities/Attractions include:  Nature trails, shelling, 
boating, Edison-Ford Estates, the Barbara Mann Theater for the 
Performing Arts, the Naples 
Symphony, the Florida Rep Theater, Teco Arena for sporting events and 
concerts and the Minnesota Twins & Boston Red Sox winter training 
facilities.
    Located minutes from I-75, 10 minutes for the airport and 20 
minutes from the white sand beaches of Sanibel, Captiva Isle and Fort 
Myers Beach, you can enjoy all that the Fort Myers' area has to offer.
