Vacation Rental Description

This stunning Truckee vacation home offers a true mountain feel as  
you enter through the welcoming double doors and are greeted by the  
spectacular rock fireplace in the large great room. The mountain  
furnishings have been hand picked to complete the ambiance of this  
unique rental property located on the 18th fairway of the Tahoe  
Donner golf course. Along with the large living area, the main level  
features a wet bar, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two  
bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of  
bunk beds. The private deck is accessed from the living area through  
french doors, and opens out towards the golf course. The master  
suite is located on the upper level and features a king bed, jacuzzi  
tub surrounded by windows with view overlooking the surrounding  
forest. This custom mountain home is just what you are looking for  
to create those special vacation memories to last a lifetime!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, VCR and DVD in living room and master bedroom, family  
friendly movies included. Stereo and CD player. Fireplace, 1 stall  
garage, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar, washer and dryer, webber  
charcoal BBQ, indoor jacuzzi tub and phone. Garage has tobaggans and  
saucers for the whole family!

Activities and Attractions

Tahoe Donner Recreational Activities Include: swimming pool, tennis  
courts, community hot tub, beach, lake access, boat launch, golf,  
downhill skiing, nordic skiing, sledding and equestrian center.  
Guests enjoy access to Tahoe Donner Association Amenities. Two guest  
passes are available for rental guests.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates will vary by season and length of booking, discounts given for  
longer committments. This home is also available by the night as  
well as by the week or month. Rates are $250 per night, $285 per night for holidays, plus cleaning fee of $150.  
Note: Ski Week, 2/16 thru 2/23 is now available, a previous booking just  
cancelled!
