Vacation Rental Description

Specific information about property 
Kunea Place rests on three-quarters of an acre of beautifully landscaped property, with a private  
pool and tennis court. The home sleeps eight guests with four completely self-contained suites, four  
kitchens, all with pool-side patios and a view of the ocean and West Maui Mountains.  
 
You may also rent only one or two of the four private suites, each with its own kitchen, dining  
area, en suite bath, parking, and private entrance. All four of the suites look out over the pool,  
tennis court, lush landscaping with the West Maui Mountains and the ocean in the background. The  
property has ample gardens where you can swim, play tennis, practice your golf swing, play croquet,  
have a game of volleyball, badminton, or just spread out and throw the football around.  
  
 
If you prefer to make your meals at home, Kunea Place lends itself to this experience as well. With  
Safeway and Costco just ten minutes away, and with each suite equipped with your own kitchen  
facilities, you can make beautiful meals at home too.

Baby beach is just a couple of minutes away walking. Paia is a great historical town one mile away.  
Just 10 minutes from airport.  
The North Shore is so spectacular. Very upscale community

Tennis court. Pool, Just a couple minute walk to baby beach and Pais is one mile away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates start at $120 for studio to $500 for whole Villa  
Cancelation is in contract. Once booked unless the home is rebooked no refunds.  
$550 is for 8 persons $50 for each additional person per night  
There is a $450 cleaning fee for the whole house
