Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Ocean Front Property.  The HUGE deck (25FT X 40FT) offers 
shade and sun as half the deck is covered.  Perfect for everyone!   
Well maintained, it is a furnished 2-story home in Crystal Beach 
with 2 bedrooms,  2 baths. The first bedroom is on main floor with 1 
bunk bed that sleeps two and a twin with a trundle that sleeps two. 
Living room with two sleeper sofas, breakfast room/sun room, full 
bathroom and laundry room also located on the main floor.  The 
second bedroom is on the 2nd floor (loft style) with two full size 
beds and full bathroom.

NO PETS ALLOWED.  NO PETS ALLOWED.

Great location for a family vacation...beach access road off the 
same street!!! (Also beach access walk through next to our house)

South on I-45 to Galveston; take a 15 minute relaxing ferry ride to 
Crystal Beach or 1-10 take the Winnie exit to High Island and Hwy 87 
to Crystal Beach. 

Families only!!!  No prom or spring break single groups.  Ages 26 & 
under must be accompanied by adult family members for duration of 
stay.  Rental is limited to the number of guests in the 
reservation.  Any additional overnight guests not stated at time of 
reservation will incur an additonal charge.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, air conditioned, VCR, DVD, full size kitchen, dishwasher, 
microwave, washer/dryer, dishes & cooking utensils provided, coffee 
maker, toaster, outdoor shower, picnic table, BBQ grill and deck 
chairs and chair swing for relaxation while enjoying the sound of 
the ocean, ocean breeze, sunrise and sunset. 

Sleeps up to 9 with 2 full size beds, 4 twin beds and 2 sleeper 
sofas.   Mattress pads and bedspreads provided.  Bring your 
own pillows, towels as well as soaps, detergents 
and all bathroom necessities.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful beaches, duck hunting, birding, water slides, go-carts, 
restraunts, golf cart rentals, fishing and fireworks.  (Note: 
fireworks only to be used on the beach)

Galveston Island is only a 15 minute ferry ride away for shopping, 
deep sea fishing, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, "Dickens 
on
the Strand" in December, Mardi Gras in February, cinemas, theatre and
many fine restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekley rental period runs from 2 pm Friday arrival to 12 noon 
Thursday departure.

Please inquire regarding special event rates.

DEPOSIT:  A deposit of $375 is required in addition to the 
weekly/weekend rates.  The deposit will be refunded upon inspection 
of the home.  Should we find any damages to the home your deposit 
will be forfeited.  If the $375 deposit does not cover cost of 
repair, the renter will be responsible for additional cost.
