400) with a stunning view of the lake and backyard. The lake is a short distance from the house 
via a gentle sloped, professionally landscaped backyard.The area between the house and lake 
is "flat" and great for outdoor ativities such as frisbee, croquet, and badminton.

Enjoy the fun while sitting on a blanket on the plush lawn, sunning on the dock party deck, or 
relaxing on the house deck. This is a perfect setting for family fun.

Mid Season Rates (Sept, Oct, March, April): $400/night or $2300/week
Off Season Rates (Not Including Holidays): $300/night or $1700/week

$300 deposit - $175 refundable within 5 business days - $125 
cleaning fee
