Georgeous 3 bedroom townhouse, beautifully furnished, featuring a complete kitchen, large living
room with cathedral ceiling, just one block to surf and sand of Sea Colony's one-half mile of
privately guarded beach and oceanfront pools. The townhome is located in Sea Colony west, closest
townhouse group to beach.
Includes pool within yards of deck for relaxation after deach day. Also has beautiful tennis courts
and lessons (one of highest rated resorts on east coast), multiple pools, fitness centers, miles of
bike paths, ponds/lakes, and other recreational amenities.
There are three bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one on the lower level. The master bedroom has a queen-
sized bed and private sink/vanity. The second upstairs room has 4 twin beds. The lower bedroom has
2 twin beds that can be placed together for a king size bed. There is a large, well-decorated
living room and dining room with a large cathedral ceiling.
There are plenty of parking spaces. It is a 5 minute walk to Sea Colony's beach and 3-5 minutes
walk to the Sea Colony Marketplace.
Sea Colony is a premier beach and tennis resort featuring unmatched amenities. It is currently
ranked 12th overall by Tennis Resorts Online. Tennis Magazine recently ranked it the 4th Best
Bargain resort in the U.S.

Plus a weekly recreation fee of $35.00 per person (paid directly to Sea Colony) covers parking
permits and a badge providing full access to all activities including the indoor/outdoor pools and
tennis facilities, use of fitness center.
