Vacation Rental Description

Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Table 
 
2 main advantages to our home: 
 
A. Location (2 miles to the Strip and Wynn Hotel and Casino) 
This home is walking distance to the Monorail (that modern train that takes you to many hotels on  
the Strip-check out their website on the web) and to the Convention Center. You can take a taxi to  
the airport too. 
 
B.Size (3 bedrooms, plus game room with sleeper sofas, plus living room with sleeper sofas and  
separate dining room!) 
Details: 3 large bedrooms with two beds per bedroom (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls!) plus dressers,  
etc. Yu can actually sleep 10 in this house and pay less than you would at a 5 bedroom home. 
 
*****Transportation (easy taxi rides to the Strip/airport, low expenses in gas with car rental): 
We recommend to groups with an adventerous spirit and a tighter budget to walk during daytime (the  
summer and warmer months) down Desert Inn Road (very close to our home)to the closest monorail stop,  
which takes you all over the Strip, located right by the Convention Center.  The Convention Center  
is less than a mile to our home.  We see Convention Center attendees walking down Desert Inn Road  
during the week.  
 
Then we recommend to take a taxi at night to return to the home, which we have been told averages  
around $10 from the closest hotels to our property.    
If you can walk in groups and take taxis, and are going to the the Convention Center, you  
may not need a rental car at all. 
In fact, many groups staying at our home rely only on taxis, especially to go to the Strip.  And the  
airport is just 4 miles from our home (easy taxi ride as well) 
 
DETAILED INFO: 
Families visiting the strip, groups and business people will find this beautiful, large (2,300 sq.  
ft) home near the strip to be a true jewel. 8,000sqft lot. It's 2 miles from the Strip (5 minutes).   
 
SHOPPING CENTER AT WALKING DISTANCE: 
The home is also walking distance from the second largest mall in Las Vegas,  
which includes a food court and many department stores (our guests constantly praise this benefit).   
 
Billiard, Heated Pool, Views: 
The game room features a new Black Pearl contemporary pool table with ball return, and from it's bay  
windows find views of Sunrise Mountain, & Stratosphere.   
 
GREAT BENEFIT:  There are 5 TVs total-(Cable-DVD). 
 
POOL: 
Outside find a 35 x 14 foot pool, which is 8 feet deep, perfect for lap swimming or family  
entertainment. The pool can be heated all year round because it uses a gas heater. The pool deck  
area is spacious and comfortable for gatherings, barbecues, and lounging. You will feel like a king  
or queen tanning under the sun and splashing yourself with water.  
Plus the deck is furnished with a large sofa swing for three, gas grill, lounge chairs and garden  
chairs.  There is a patio dining table for four, small grass area for kids to play in and a weight  
bench.   
 
Privacy: 
The pool area is surrounded by 8 foot walls and the neighbors houses are all one story so the  
backyard is completely private, which is very rare to find in Las Vegas.

About the Neighborhood: 
We are within the borders of Maryland Parkway (to the west), Eastern (to the east), Desert Inn (to  
the North), Flamingo (to the south) Our community is therefore outlined by the Boulevard Mall and  
the Vegas National Golf Course. 
 
This is the neighborhood known as Paradise Palms, one of the last large-lots home communities left  
nearby the strip. Most communities nearby to the strip like Paradise Palms were built in the sixties  
and seventies and they are of course closer to the center of the action than the many modern  
residences built thereafter. 
 
This unique classic pocket of houses has a history that goes way back to the very beginning of Las  
Vegas. Many of the homes in this neighborhood have been owned by singers, circus performers,  
magicians, celebrities, etc. Also in Paradise Palms, is the Las Vegas National Golf Club (our home  
is one minute from the club).  Paradise Palms, according to the magazine Vegas Life, is 'the world's  
first known golf course community'.

About the bedrooms: 
The living room has two sofa beds, and the game room has one sofabed as well.  You will love the  
regal master bedroom suite which holds 2 king beds, a wall of mirrored closets and a large 32 inch  
LCD HDTV (with enhanced cable and DVD).   There are two more sizable bedrooms, one with two full  
beds, and the other with two queen beds, both with large TV screens and cable HBO/DVD.  Linens  
provided. Alarm clocks in all bedrooms. A wonderful benefit of the layout of our house is that the  
living room, two bedrooms and one restroom all open to a view of the blue water of  
the lap-size swimming pool. It gives you a tranquil resort feeling to be able to view the sparkling  
waters from so many rooms.  
 
The bedrooms provide ample privacy from each other and the street, so that  
you won’t hear a thing while you sleep. 
 
About the restrooms: 
Floors in each bathroom are travertine.  We have kept many  
of the original beautiful touches of the home, such as the sunken roman tub with a great  
view to the pool.  The large, two-person Jacuzzi in the master bedroom has ten warm, relaxing  
massage jets–all under a beautiful skylight. Also you will find an adjacent shower, all  
wrapped in lovely travertine. Fresh towels and wash cloths for 12 people.  Hair dryer. 
 
About the home: 
Southern exposure in four rooms fill the home with light and add a feeling of openness and beauty to  
the home.  All this wonderful light adds to the color and vibrancy of the rooms and it can be  
adjusted with our elegant curtains.  Many rooms have sliding doors that open into the yard allowing  
a flow of fresh air and beautiful views to the pool. 
 
Kitchen:  
We have a fully equipped kitchen with quality stainless steel cookware and all the  
necessary pans, pots, knives and utensils for serious cooking. Also, brand new microwave,  
coffee-maker, toaster and toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. Washer and  
dryer nearby kitchen. Basically, we have all major household appliances, central heating  
and air conditioning.  
 
DINING ROOM: 
There is crown molding in several rooms in the house, and it looks  
particularly great in the dining room.  Dining table seats 8-10. 
 
DECORATIONS: 
This elegant property, on an 8,000 sq ft lot, opens with a rose garden and iron gates. Inside find  
24” travertine stone floors & sophisticated French doors.  
There are beautifully framed large mirrors and  
paintings throughout the house. 2 large Persian wool carpets, 2  
decorative fireplaces. Great stereo.This elegant property, on an 8,000 sq ft lot, opens with a rose

The home was completely remodeled in 2007.
