Off the master bedroom, there is a balcony overlooking a pool shared by neighboring units. The dining room has a table that seats 6 and a queen size Murphy bed with custom draperies to make the area private at night. The second full bath is close by making it very convenient for guests. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, and a 46 inch flat screen television, a wet bar, a breakfast bar and a breathtaking view of the ocean off an adjoining balcony. The balcony has a dining set that seats 4 and an electric grill. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer. There is an outside storage closet that has beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The unit also provides both bath and beach towels, linens for all beds, pillows and comforters.
The condo is within walking distance to the Sawgrass Beach Club. Also, the Sawgrass Country Club now hosts the Sony Ericson WTA Championship in April and the TPC comes to Ponte Vedra in May..
