Luxurious Villas of Kamalii, #52 - New townhouse situated at high 
vintage point for expansive, unobstructed, mountain views. Short 
walk to Makai Golf Club. Enjoy spectacular views of cascading 
waterfalls (seasonal) and the mountains that stretch along the Na 
Pali coastline from this wonderful townhouse!!

This villa community is located on the Makai Golf Course and is a 
two-minute walk to the Makai Club House and tennis courts, a ten-
minute walk to the ocean bluff, a five-minute drive to the top-
ranked Prince Golf Course, and a five-minute drive to the world-
famous Princeville Hotel.

This corner unit, Villa is situated at a high vantage point for 
beautiful views from every window! It has been tastefully decorated 
with great attention to detail for your comfort and pleasure. It is 
fully furnished with new designer furniture as well as a home 
entertainment system in the family room. There are TVs in both 
master suites, a phone in each room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The living room has large windows and glass doors exposing fabulous 
views of the mountains from all sides. It features a sofa, love 
seat, chair, elegant armoire with a large cable television, DVD 
player, video player, and an assortment of board games. The large 
lanai offers additional space for outdoor dining and the reading 
area indoors is a great place to relax with a good novel. Quiet 
ceiling fans are located throughout the entire home.

The dining area has a delightful West Indies island-style dining 
table with seating for six people and a beautiful chandelier to 
brighten up your meal. The kitchen has granite countertops and is 
fully-equipped including cookware, bakeware, tableware, a microwave, 
coffeemaker, purified water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, a phone 
with answering machine, and bar accessories so you can create your 
favorite tropical beverages.

Both master suites feature Sony TVs, king-size beds, chest of 
drawers, dual-vanity bathrooms with granite countertops, hairdryers, 
telephones, radio alarm, plenty of closet space, and small private 
lanais. The master suite on the lower level also features a 
whirlpool bathtub and a DVD boom-box. The third bedroom has a queen-
size bed, chest of drawers, radio alarm and a closet, enabling you 
to accommodate up to six people at this home. All bedrooms and 
bathrooms are equipped with an extra set of towels, bed sheets, 
pillows, bedspreads/comforters and mattress pads. Beach towels, 
beach chairs and beach mats are also provided.

A short walk takes you to a shared swimming pool, hot tub, and 
barbeque area. Nearby at the Princeville Shopping Center, you can 
shop for gifts, groceries and just about anything. Experience fine 
dining at numerous restaurants in Princeville such as the Bali Hai 
Restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort and several restaurants at the 
Princeville Hotel. More shops and restaurants await you a short 
drive away in the neighboring town of Hanalei.

Enjoy activities like tennis and golf as well as hikes to nearby 
beaches and tide pools. A short drive brings you to famous Anini 
beach and numerous longer hikes including the popular Kalalau Trail. 
Activities in Princeville and nearby include Na Pali boat and 
helicopter tours, sailing, kayaking, fishing, surfing, seasonal 
swimming, snorkeling for all experience levels, and horseback 
riding.
