Wonderful Beachfront Owasco Lake Home in Owasco Lake

This lake house is located in a peaceful cove on Owasco Lake, midway
between Auburn and Skaneateles, New York. It is located on 50 feet
of private level beach frontage with level road access, no hills.
The lake is located a few steps off the front deck and is very
accessible for children and adults, with no stairs or cliffs to be
concerned about. The water is shallow close to shore with a gradual
drop off, great for swimming especially for children. There is a
dock and canoe for outings. Boat rentals are available at the
Southern end of the lake, about six miles down the road. This home
is located near a very popular fishing area. Great fishing right
out in front of the house!

The lake house has been recently painted and carpets and hardwood
floors are new. The 45 foot wraparound deck provides wonderful
views of the lake and terrific sunsets. The house is furnished with
a nice blend of newer furniture and cottage antiques. The living
room is spacious and bright with overhead fans, and opens on to the
lake front deck through French doors. Off of the living room is
the dining area, also looking over the lake. The full modern
kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. There are three bedrooms
furnished with bedding. Each bedroom can sleep two. There is a
full sized bed in the master bedroom. Also, there is laundry room
for your convenience.

This Lake home is located on a private road with ample parking. There is also an area
to jog or walk with a great view of the hills and lake.
The large back lot great for badminton and games and picnics.
Wonderful bass fishing right out in front.
Our Central location is great for accessing Finger Lake State Parks such as Fillmore Glen.
The Finger Lakes Wine Trail with 70 wineries is just a short, scenic drive.
Cayuga, Seneca, Keuka and Canandaigua wineries of the Finger Lakes offer some of the best wines in
the world.
Just a short drive to great shopping centers including Finger Lakes Mall with the Bass Pro
Store and the Premium Outlets of Waterloo with over 100 outlet stores.
Close to Historic points of interest such as the William H. Seward House and Museum, the Harriet
Tubman Home. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Also nearby is the Willard Memorial Chapel, built in 1892, the interior of the Chapel was designed
by Louis C. Tiffany and is the only unaltered Chapel by Tiffany in existance.
Just 30 minuted to the west is the Women's Rights National Historic Park and the National Women's
Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls. The Park was the site of the 1848 First Women's Rights Convention.
Many great golf courses nearby, four within 10 miles.
It's just a five minute drive to Emerson Park with the Merry Go Round Theatre. Called the "Broadway
of the Finger Lakes", it's the largest summer theatre in New York State. Different Broadway
productions all summer long.
