the gorgeous retirement area called The Villages, which contains 
several amazing golf courses including the Nancy Lopez and Arnold 
Palmer courses.

There is also access to neigborhood pools, bocci, billiards, 
shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball,lovely recreation centers, 
restaurants, and live music nightly on the town square.

This B/S Dogwood (Jasmine)2003 home has a 2 car garage and is fully 
furnished with all the upgrades.  It is furnished with a dishwasher, 
disposal, washer/dryer, exhaust fan, gas appliances, hot water 
electric, microwave, range, side-by-side refrigerator with ice 
maker, TV's(2), and VCR & DVD Player.  This beautiful Florida
