vacation rental description
Beautiful red rock and golf course views from this newly painted and
furnished non-smoking home. Large flat screen TV in great room, with
full Dish Network programming including 41 movie channels, DVD player
and Cable for local programming, and large TV with DVD player and
cable in Master Suite.
For your privacy, the master suite is separated from the other
bedrooms by the Living/Dining/Kitchen great room, and has a new Vera
Wang California King pillowtop bed - with duvet and designer duvet
cover - sleeps like heaven! Two lavs, separate walk in shower, and
separate toilet/bathtub area. Great views of the golf course and red
rocks from the master and the second bedroom.
The other two bedrooms have brand new queen plush mattresses with
designer comforters and 1200 threadcount egyptian cotton sheets.
Bedroom number two is a suite with it's own private bath, and the
third bath is between the great room and next to the third bedroom.
The wrap-around deck is accessed from the great room and the master
suite, with a large window from the second bedroom offering the same
stunning view as the master and great room. The deck is about 30 yards
off the fairway and out of range of the tee shot (the 3rd hole is a
par 5), so you don't have to worry about golf balls hitting you!!!
