the exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho, on the road to
Costa Azul, just 3 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks
from Main Street dining.
The first floor rental has 1800 square feet of Air conditioned
living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and
beautiful views of the Las Olas grounds and Jungle. The second floor
rental has a separate entrance, 1400 square feet of Air conditioned
living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and
with fantastic views of jungle and ocean, and access to the third
floor Palapa, the perfect spot for cocktail parties or simple
relaxation while watching the sunset.
Both the first and second floor rentals have private entrance,
private decks, Satellite TV and DVD player. Maid Service 2 times per week (Tue.& Sat).more days available for and additional fee.  A cook is available for a small fee to prepare and serve
evening meals, please inquire.
The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning
walks and afternoon sunbathing, if you can tear yourself away from
the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare are
within walking distance from the Villa.

Overlooking the pacific ocean, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to
augment the cooling ocean breezes.  Washer / Dryer, TV
with satellite, CD Player, Wireless Internet ,Fully equipped kitchen, 2x per week maid, more days available for and additional fee
service, Ocean & Jungle Views.
Cooked available on request for a small fee.
