This amazing 4 bedrooms, 4-bathroom beach house sits right on the beach.
We have 8 bikes or more, boogie boards, footballs, volleyballs, beach
toys, beach chairs umbrellas. The roof deck has 3 Moroccan tables with
umbrellas and an enclosed glass bar with fridge, toaster and
coffeemaker. All towels and bedding are high thread counts. Upstairs
bedrooms have HDTV/DVD and many cable channels including HBO and
others. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the
turret. Parking is for 4 to 5 cars. We have a wood burning fireplace
and a 62 inch big screen a with Leadsinger Karaoke system, 1 gas grill
and 2 Weber charcoal grills. The entire property is gated. Gates are
brand new and not shown in pictures. Lot's of weddings and gatherings
are held here.

kitchen, and over 60 French doors plus windows that open onto a
private patio facing the ocean all with complimentary furnishings and

sunroom to enjoy the summer and winter views. A 1BD, 1BA, backhouse is
also available above the two car garage. Rent this back house separately.

There is a Washer/Dryer on the premises. Our home is walking distance
to world-class shopping, dinning and nightlife.
